The OpoSoft Product · Section 01

An operations system of record, organized around the OPO Framework — so your team stops firefighting and starts compounding leverage.

OpoSoft replaces 6+ disconnected ops tools with one auditable workflow layer built on Observe → Plan → Operate, used by operations leaders at companies like Vercel, Mercury, Linear, Ramp, and Webflow.

Avg. 9 days from signature to first live workflow in production.

  • 2,400+teams worldwide
  • 41Mworkflow events, TTM
  • 99.98%uptime, 24 mo.
  • SOC 2 II+ ISO 27001

Proof, not promises · Section 02

The footprint of a production-grade operations system.

Four figures an operations leader can verify against our public status page, the 2024 Customer Impact Report, and our certifications register.

  1. 1,800+ deployments audited on the OPO Framework Source: OpoSoft platform registry, May 2025
  2. 62% avg. cut in weekly ops meeting time across 540+ customers Source: 2024 Customer Impact Report
  3. 8 native two-way integrations — Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Snowflake Zero middleware required.
  4. 9 days average time-to-first-value, signature to first live workflow Measured across all production tenants, 2024 cohort.

The OPO Framework · Section 03

Three anchors. One auditable system of record.

Every workflow in OpoSoft runs through the same three modules. Each ships with a concrete, customer-reported outcome — not a feature checklist.

01 / Observe

Catch every recurring workflow, in the language your team already uses.

Observe ingests signals from the systems ops teams already run — Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Snowflake — and turns them into a single, queryable ledger of recurring work. Onboarding flows, vendor approvals, capacity requests, quarterly planning rituals: every one is named, owned, and timestamped.

  • 41M+workflow events processed in the trailing 12 months (May 2024 – April 2025)
  • 8 nativetwo-way integrations, no middleware layer
  • SOC 2 II+ ISO 27001 certified since 2022

02 / Plan

Turn the ledger into a quarterly plan your org will actually follow.

Plan reads the Observe ledger and turns it into a capacity-aware quarterly plan, with named owners, dependencies, and a clear path from commitment to shipped. Capacity requests stop living in spreadsheets; quarterly planning stops being a quarterly fight.

  • 62%average reduction in weekly ops meeting time across 540+ customers
  • 1 sourceof truth for capacity, requests, and quarterly commitments
  • Auditedacross 1,800+ OPO Framework deployments

03 / Operate

Ship the plan, log the post-mortem, and feed the next quarter.

Operate is where the plan becomes shipped work — and where the next Observe cycle begins. Every recurring workflow lands in the same ledger it started in, with a post-mortem attached. The system of record compounds: every quarter makes the next one cheaper.

Before the demo · Section 05

Four questions ops leaders raise before booking.

We answer these on the demo call too — but here they are in writing, so the conversation can start at use cases rather than basics.

What does migration actually look like?
OpoSoft runs alongside your existing ops stack from day one. The Observe module reads from your current systems of record — Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Snowflake — so the ledger fills itself as you connect sources. The average customer hits first live workflow in production within 9 days of contract signature; the historical workflow is back-imported on a schedule your team sets, not ours.
How does the audit trail actually work?
Every event in OpoSoft carries a source, a timestamp, a named owner, and an immutable change log. The same ledger that powers your weekly ops review is the one your security team, your auditors, and your board can read. We have processed 41M+ workflow events in the trailing 12 months — every one is queryable, exportable, and attributable.
What is the security posture?
OpoSoft has held SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications since 2022, with a HIPAA-ready environment available on the Business tier. Production uptime has held at 99.98% over the last 24 consecutive months, backed by a public status page and a signed SLA. The company was bootstrapped to profitability in 2022 and is backed by Index Ventures, First Round Capital, and operator angels — we are not a single-tenant risk.
How is this different from a project management tool like Asana or Monday?
OpoSoft is an operations layer, not a project tracker. We integrate with Asana, Monday, Linear, and Jira — we do not replace them. The OPO Framework is designed for the cross-functional workflows that sit between teams: onboarding, vendor approvals, capacity planning, quarterly planning, post-mortems. Project trackers live inside that system of record; OpoSoft is the system of record.
